ZUmax
Zumax or, "Field Day Friday", is a field based workout designed to increase your speed and agility. 3 rounds of speed exercises timed for 2 minutes each followed by a strength exercise for 1 minute. This is a fun partner based workout. Bring a friend or come and we'll pair you up!
ZUmax will be taught every Friday morning. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9:15am.
