When you come to a Gritiron class, you can expect a 35 minute circuit that will challenge your strength and cardiovascular threshold. Unconventional equipment such as tires, steel maces, battle ropes, sandbags and kettlebells are used in this class. On Saturdays you can put your fitness to the test in a more competitive environment where the workout is done for time—but don’t let that scare you! We welcome all fitness levels! Come try it out!
